WHAT do I do if I have auto-play or sound issues?
Question: What do I do if the volume or videos do not work when I am watching my class?
Answer: Our classes include videos that will play automatically. Some browsers will block auto-playing videos and others will block the sound for auto-playing videos. To make sure that you will be able to hear the entire course, if your browser does not allow auto-playing with audio, the course videos will not auto-play until sound is enabled in the browser’s settings.
Unforunately, we do not have the ability to override your local browser settings, however we encourage you to enable audio for our site as it will make watching our class(es) simpler. Once audio is enabled in your browser for our site, this setting will apply going forward, so you should only have to adjust these settings once in your browser.
Here are some instructions for adjusting your browser settings:

For iOS devices such as iPhones or iPads: this is a restriction set in place by the iOS developers and cannot currently be overwritten. You can see the video and audio policies Apple and WebKit have set for for iOS browsers here: https://webkit.org/blog/6784/new-video-policies-for-ios/
